In early October, Consultants Mavis Flowers and Mike Shay will discuss how to manage conflict from an interest based perspective at the Organizational Development Network Annual Conference taking place in Atlanta, Georgia. This conference brings together expert practitioners and leading academics to address the specific and relevant needs of Organizational Development professionals.

During the American Public Health Association’s Annual Meeting and Exposition in Denver, Colorado, the LMP’s Research and Workplace Wellness teams—Marcia Mayfield, Latisha Thomas, Sonali Das, Chris Pernell and Kemmely Mondell—will present on a survey of workplace wellness programs for hospital workers in the Metro New York area. This event, which will take place in late October, will bring together more than 12,000 health professionals from across the United States and around the world to network, educate and share experiences.
