Please join us in welcoming William Quintana to the Labor Management Project. William is a labor management consultant working with our nursing homes and hospitals.
Previously, he worked at Maimonides Hospital for 25 years in various roles. His career highlights include 5 years as a training and employment resource specialist, then a contract administrator and organizer for 1199SEIU. At Maimonides, William led several labor-management committees and projects that resulted in improved labor-management relationships and enhanced skills for workers and supervisors. Always the social activist, William is active in his community and volunteers at his local soup kitchens.
He has a BA in business administration with a concentration in human resources from American Intercontinental University and an Associate’s degree in IT from New York City Technical College. One of his favorite quotes comes from Henry Ford: “Coming together is the beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.”
