Our RN programs enhance nursing skills in order to improve recruitment and retention of RNs and promote a healthy work environment. These improvements lead in turn to better patient and employee satisfaction and higher-quality care. RN program participants have developed initiatives to help create rewarding experiences for nurses, patients and patients’ families.
Our overall goal is to inspire and educate our nurses so they can achieve better outcomes and improve the healthcare systems they are part of.
