Scott Hubbard is a consultant with the Training and Employment Funds’ Labor Management Project. Mr. Hubbard has over 20 years experience in the fields of Public Health, Community Health and Social Medicine, Staff Development, Training and Education. Mr. Hubbard worked for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health developing and facilitating Community Health Network Areas, expanding public health hospitals’ scope of work and service delivery, training employees and vendors in state mandated training programs and worked collaboratively with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Food and Drug Administration on issues of tobacco control in urban/suburban settings. Mr. Hubbard has a passion for education. He was an adjunct faculty at Springfield College teaching courses in Health and Human Services, Public Health and Youth Development. Mr. Hubbard is a lifelong community activist working with individuals and groups to advance social justice issues and community-based health improvement. Mr. Hubbard attended undergraduate school at The City College of New York and graduate school at Cambridge College in Boston, where he received an M.Ed in Management.
