This workshop will take place at St. Barnabas Health System in the Bronx, New York on October 20th, 21st and November 3rd from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Upon completion of the 2nd day in-class portion and completion of the two online Modules from IHI, participants will receive a certificate of completion and 15 CEU’s.
