Establishing Joint Teams

This session was developed to provide union and management leaders with the blueprint for establishing highly effective joint teams. This included committee selection, sponsorship, roles, and identified goals and objectives. It will be held from 9AM to 5PM on April 6 in the Labor Management Project’s New York City headquarters.Learn more and register (deadline April 1, 2016).
