This two-day workshop is designed for pairs of “middle” and senior level union and management leaders to improve how they work together as joint leaders in collaborative work as well as how to avoid common pitfalls of collaborative leadership that erodes relationships and detracts from the mission of improving patient care and organizational effectiveness.
