This course is designed for participants to develop and broaden self awareness on how they view and respond to conflict. In addition, the participants will develop an awareness of the knowledge, skills and tools/techniques necessary to resolve conflict effectively. Participants must complete a DiSC Online Assessment prior to attending the workshop.
