Managing Conflict (2-day Session)

This two-day workshop is designed to help develop self-awareness (utilizing the DiSC inventory) and equip participants with the skills and tools necessary to resolve conflict productively and mine the opportunities that conflict surfaces. Participants must complete a DiSC Online Assessment prior to attending the workshop. It will be held from 9AM to 5PM on July 11 and 13 in the Labor Management Project’s New York City headquarters.
