Research & Evaluation

The healthcare industry is moving increasingly toward an evidence-based, value-based approach to care and healthcare funding. Generating value comes from improving outcomes and lowering costs. Having and using meaningful data allows healthcare staff and stakeholders to make informed decisions to improve the quality and efficiency of care. We include research and evaluation in all of our programs, including:

  • Development of evaluation plans and data-collection strategies
  • Training in the collection, analysis, interpretation and use of data
  • Data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Research on best practices and industry trends
  • Presentations, research bulletins, case studies and reports on the impact of collaborative labor-management work
