This two-day workshop is designed to help develop self-awareness (utilizing the DiSC inventory) and equip participants with the skills and tools necessary to resolve conflict productively and mine the opportunities that conflict surfaces. Participants must complete a DiSC Online Assessment prior to attending the workshop. It will be held from 9AM to 5PM on November 30th and December 1st in the Labor Management Project’s New York City headquarters. Learn more and register here.
